Take 1.5 pounds of bacon, weave together.

Take two pounds of Italian sausage, cover weaved bacon.

Fry a half pound of bacon, sprinkle over sausage. Add barbecue sauce. Roll sausage.

Place on a baking sheet. Cook uncovered for two hours in a 275 degree oven.

Brush outside with barbecue sauce. Slice...

recipe. So what started out as a joke passed around at work became Nic's new favorite dish. I did, however, make sure that he shared--this monstrosity contains nearly 5,000 calories and 500 grams of fat.
